Gala week is here — and the excitement is building! Our Spring Gala is happening this Friday, and we can’t wait for a wonderful evening together. 

We are still looking for a few volunteers to help with set-up, check-in, and clean-up. If you’re available, we would truly appreciate your support in making this event a success. Even a little time makes a big difference! See below for details and the link to sign up to help.

Our Parent Association Board has had an incredible two years of service, and as our term comes to a close, we are looking ahead to the next chapter. We are actively seeking parents to step into these vital roles and continue supporting the SCJ community. At this time, we have not yet had volunteers come forward, so if this is something you’ve ever considered—even down the line—we encourage you to take the leap now. The future is today! Open roles include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Volunteer Coordinator, and Communications Coordinator—aka the dream team behind the scenes making it all happen. If you’ve got ideas, energy, or just a love for this community, we want you!

2026 SCJ GALA AUCTION IS LIVE!

Bidding is officially LIVE! The 2026 SCJ Gala online auction is now open—start bidding and support our school.

The 2026 SCJ Gala takes place Friday, April 17, 2026, and auction proceeds will directly support upgrading the playground, creating a safer and more enriching space for our students.

GRANDPARENTS DAY
Friday, May 1st | 10:30AM – 12:00PM

We are happy to announce the return of Grandparents Day to SCJ! It has been way too long. This will be on May 1st as we know many grandparents will be in town for May Crowning and First Holy Communion. This event will be sponsored by the Foundation for St. Cyril. Attached below is a flyer. If you have any grandparents who live in town, please invite them to join us. Grandparents here or not, there will be a fun activity planned for all students prior to May Crowning at noon.

We are thrilled to announce the return of the Encino Spring Carnival this Memorial Day Weekend! Please join us from May 22nd – May 24th as we gather to celebrate the St. Cyril School community with a weekend of unforgettable memories. 2026 SCJ TALENT SHOW
Friday, , May 22nd | 5:30 – 7:30PM

This year the annual talent show will kick off our school Carnival on the main stage. We are so excited to see the students shine again this year!  

Be on the lookout for Talent Show Review signups later this week!  Reviews will be held the week we return from Spring Break.
