This is our most exciting fundraiser of the year and such a fun night for our community — featuring a live and silent auction, DJ and dancing, casino tables, and a few extra surprises!

Parent Association 2025-2026 Weekly Update

STATIONS OF THE CROSS- 4th and 7th GRADE LEADERS
Friday, March 13th | 12:15PM

Join us for Stations of the Cross, Friday, March 13th, at 12:15PM, led by our talented fourth and seventh graders. Please note that all students are required to wear their formal uniforms, which include green polos paired with uniform bottoms – navy pants or shorts, or plaid skirts/skorts. Parents are warmly invited and encouraged to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!

SCJ SPRING GALA – CHAMPAGNE NIGHTS & CITY LIGHTS
Friday, April 17th
Sheraton Universal Starview Room

We’re thrilled to announce our 2026 Spring Gala – Champagne Nights & City Lights! The Sheraton Universal Starview Room has been secured for this unforgettable evening. Guests will enjoy a plated dinner, cash bar, and dancing, all while taking in breathtaking 360-degree views of the Hollywood Hills and beyond. The evening will also feature casino tables with a $25 chip buy-in*. The individual with the most chips at the end of the night wins a gift basket! Our fantastic silent auction will also be back with opportunities for our kids to enjoy special teacher outings and experiences plus campus naming rights and reserved parking spaces. A special live auction will take place at the event.

Mark your calendars! The 2026 SCJ Gala is happening Friday, April 17, 2026, and we need your help to make it our most impactful fundraiser yet. This year’s gala proceeds will go toward upgrading the playground.

You can make a difference by donating items to our Auction! All donations are tax‑deductible, and every contribution helps fund these important projects.

REMINDER – REQUIRED VOLUNTEER HOURS

This is a gentle reminder to please review your volunteer hours in your Gradelink portal.

If you notice any missing hours or have questions, please contact Deborah Nicolaou at scjpavolunteercord@stcyrilschool.org.

Please note that the fulfillment deadline for 8th grade parents is April 30, 2026. Any unfulfilled volunteer hours after this date will be billed to your FACTS tuition account.

SNACK SHACK

The Snack Shack will officially open on Monday 9/15!

Snacks and small trinkets are available for purchase, so please send your child with cash if they’d like to shop. Let’s keep the Snack Shack running for the kids!
