Holi Celebration
March 21 @ 11:15 am – 12:30 pm
Holi is an ancient Hindu tradition shared in the Indian culture that signifies the triumph of good over evil. It is a celebration in which the kids will experience Indian music and be safely dabbed with bright colors to create an atmosphere of fun. We will also offer temporary henna tattoos and bindi stations to teach the students more about the significance of these traditions to the Indian and Hindu communities.
If you wish your child to NOT participate in any of these activities, please email their teacher and CC michaelachatterjee@gmail.com.Â
We ask that you send your student(s) in a white t-shirt and athletic bottoms, so the colors show up better on March 14th.
Parents are encouraged to join! It is one of the students’ favorite Cultural Insights!
